Because I generally suck, and I've been busy lately, it seems, unfortunately, blogging has been pushed to the back-burner. However, I always commit myself to writing more posts and then I inevitably fail - it's a pretty predictable cycle. So, instead, I vow nothing. Go me.

Oh yay, Katie just came to visit me at work before her class! Actually, more like during her class. And then I was so starved for human contact that I wouldn't let her go. *sigh* Oh my, I'm so desperate - at least the first step is admitting it, right? We conversed about idiotic people in Engineering. I guess it's not fair to make fun of people, but by now, you really should know what your strengths are!

Paul visited me today as well, and brought some fantastic pasta. However, since I've been gorging all day, (maybe over eating to force bad experiences from today out of brain to make room for more food?) I wasn't too hungry. But in that vain bid to purge the bad mood I ate lots of carbs (and the genius shines through!).

In other news, I sat at my computer almost all day and talked on MSN lots. It's really sad, when there is no one on MSN that I want to talk to, I get so upset! And then when someone I like comes on, I'm smiling like a fucking doofus. Is Jane capable of making sense, or being an active member of society? NOPE! However, had a funny good time conversation with Stephen who owes me a dull nickel and lifetime of servitude. So that's nice.

OH MY GOD!!!! BREAKING NEWS I have a desk, a computer and my OWN PHONE LINE! I have a work phone! I am so ultimately cool. I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure when I do, it will be a monumental occasion worthy of much rejoicing. And I've already made a complete mess of my area, rendering it utterly useless for anyone else. Which is fantastic, because then they might find all that porn I downloaded when I first sat down at my computer.
